CA DARSHIL SHAH
The professional is a Fellow Member (FCA) of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and Registered Valuer (RV). He holds a DISA certification (Information Systems Auditor) from ICAI and are certified in concurrent auditing of banks. He has a proven track record in managing bookkeeping, outsourcing and team-building efforts. With specialized expertise in the valuation of financial instruments like shares, bonds, goodwill, brands, and startups, he also offers comprehensive consulting in project finance and startup development. His experience extends to assisting startups with fundraising and providing strategic financial & tax advisory services. In addition, he possesses significant proficiency in Due diligence for startups onshore as well as offshore.
CA HARDIK SOMPURA
The professional is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) with over seven years of experience in the corporate sector. he has specialized in the planning and execution of outsourcing services for clients in South Africa, Canada, USA and Australia, showcasing his ability to manage cross-border operations effectively. Additionally, he has expertise in various accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, Mayob, SAP and ERP systems, allowing him to provide efficient and tailored financial solutions for their clients.
